Hi, I’m Lucy!
I am a Primary Teacher and writer living on the outskirts of the beautiful Lake District National Park. I have been teaching for a number of years covering the whole primary, and early years, age range from 3-11 years old. I’ve had the pleasure of working in a number of schools, from tiny village schools to larger multiple form entry primaries.
I am also a Mum of 2 young children who I raise with my Husband Harry. This means our house is full of laughter, mess, toys and the occasional meltdown! It also means I now have even more empathy for the parents of the children I teach and a whole heap of knowledge about how young children learn and develop.
My writing varies from creating educational content, writing about parenting and the education system, and copywriting for children’s educational brands. I also have a wealth of experience writing content in line with the Primary National Curriculum, statutory education guidelines (including SEND and safeguarding), and creating marketing and advertising content for education settings. Therefore, I can offer a range of education solutions tailored to your business needs.
